Biography
Snow (Xuedi) Wang comes from China and is now a senior Food Science major student at the University of Minnesota planning to graduate Spring 2023. She joined George’s Cereal lab in Fall 2022 as an undergraduate research assistant and is now working on her side project of the effect of plasma water on dough texture with other two lab members. Fun story about Snow is that she has no patience in flower planting so all flowers in her house are fake, and her favorite one is from LEGO Flower Bouquet.
