Biography:
I am an undergraduate student majoring in Food Science at the University of Minnesota, anticipating to graduate in Spring 2024. Being in the Food Science program, I’ve had opportunities to experiment with hands-on approaches to science relating to food. The other undergraduate lab members and I are currently working on a Starch research project in which we are studying the effects of Cold Plasma Water on different types of starch.
