Graduate Research Assistant, Master's Candidate
Dana Edleman joined the lab in September 2022 after completing her B.S. in Food Science at South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota. Dana is currently pursuing her Food Science M.S. degree and is working with germination and puffing of intermediate wheatgrass. Regarding cats, Dana is not a big fan of indoor cats, but grew up with outdoor barn cats in her childhood!
