Undergraduate Research Assistant
Emma Sachs is from Burke, Virginia, and is currently a senior in Food Science. She has interned at General Mills, and while she does not have extensive experience in the field, she previously worked as a cake decorator at a local bakery. She is currently assisting with research, and one of her favorite hobbies is cake decorating. Her favorite food is sushi.
